do not look like EMEA's 2nd seed lol anybody who saw the games can see they barely, BARELY won vs Zeta. Zeta won their rounds way more convincingly than G2.

edit: some people think im looking down on Zeta. I'm not. I've been supporting them since day 1 this tourney. They look really good, and TENNN legit diffed Nukkye on Bind. I'm more annoyed at how G2 won this - my point is that Zeta deserved to win this more than G2.

G2 didn't play at his top, also, Zeta has improved so much, also is G2's debut on LAN wwhile ZETA is more used to play on LAN, hopefully G2 will play better in their next match

yeah G2 need to look better, they were losing to a bad zeta comp on split and almost lost Bind. TENNN had Nukkye's number on Bind, it was crazy how shaky G2 looked on their map pick. They have scrim partners in Acend and Gambit, two best Bind teams and still their Bind is so weak. Gl to Zeta in lowers.

G2 beat ACE, Gambit and Guild on bind, as last EMEA playoffs g2 have the best bind, they just need to get used to LAN

it has to be G2/EMEA played bad, right? under no circumstances can it be Zeta played good. how could they got destroyed by DRX but warm up into LAN environments. not to mention, 3 of Zeta's players has not played Valorant on LAN before. no that's impossible.
Just admit Zeta played well.

They did. They 100% did. They could've 2-0'd G2 it's crazy. G2 look undeserving of EMEA 2nd seed. Not because they almost lost to Zeta but because of why they almost lost to Zeta.

I have been supporting Zeta since the tournament started man.

they need to heat up into the tournament, they just got in the cage with a team that's high on momentum and is looking scary. and for the first LAN as a team with 2 new players and 1 new coach, they did good enough in my books. but, i'm biased towards G2.

They only lost to G2 because 3/5 ZETA players have like 0 international experience. Just big mistakes that won't happen after they get experience.

They looked more in control than G2 in that game. Split was so much closer than the scoreline suggests.

Considering how tired they must be it is a really good luck and I hope they make a lower bracket run.

Nah, the best EMEA teams did not make it to the event, so I think it's fair.

EMEA is the #1 region currently so I expected a better showing from the tournament's 1st seed and EMEA's 2nd seed.

Of course I watched the game. But you all were expecting G2 winning 13-4 13-2 as if zeta wasn't gonna play. G2 played well, and Zeta did too. It was a close game and G2 was the better team at the end.

G2 always start slowly, i even considered putting them losing to zeta and winning it all from lower but it is Zeta.
This comment actually shows that you didn't even watch the EMEA challenger's bracket, lost to TL first match and then got to finals destroying them from lower.

Disagree. G2 looked the same this game as always tbh. I was not impressed with their run at Challengers and I am not impressed with their performance at Masters. I'm happy to be proven wrong but so far G2 are not selling me at all.

I mean, you can't really disagree with that, they've always started slowly, just look all their tournaments, or either they lose first match or they barely win against a easy oponent, u can say that they're playing as always but still it doesn't have to be their pick, couldn't see the match cuz i wasn't in my house, but the few i saw they lost many duel that usually they don't lose or at least not that much.
G2 never plays at only one level in a tournament unles they suck, usually they get better with time.

Idk, we'll have to wait and see. Like I'm said I'm open to the possibility that they do ramp up but I've seen G2 play Berlin and this year's Challengers and I don't see anything noteworthy enough to justify their performance today. They have to play better if they want to face teams like Optic. Do you get what I'm saying?
