what did Riot do to the servers

one of my goals this summer was to reach high diamond and maybe even immortal on my korean alt

then boom out of nowhere I now get 210 ping to kr up from 180 ping

same with jp, I used to play 150 ping now its 180 ping

what did riot do to the servers? now I can only play on tokyo servers because its the only one where its playable. 210 ping I cant even reach plat in kr because I cant carry

i experienced this too. I wanted to play with some of my friends in Australia, and the first time i played i had around 150 ping on sydney servers, but every time i played after that i had 260 (other servers were fine).
