Why Faze won't ever reach there masters 1 level

As most of you know Faze is rumored to be signing Poach, Poised, and Shanks to round out their roster. BabyBay is a consistent top level jett in every match he plays but Faze has yet to build around him for many months. This is the best Faze roster on paper since their Masters 1 performance. They are signing poach to IGL which I think is the source of their problems. Poach has not yet proved himself to be a tier 1 level player. I would like to see what you all think about Faze's chances heading into stage 2. I think they will have a similar run to a Rise/Sentinels had last month. Bottom of the group performance in groups.

I don't understand the people who still think babybay can compete. Dude is so fucking washed it's unbelievable looking back on his masters 1 level.

they won a tourney wit poach wym, sure it was t2 but it shows they trust in him and likes his comms and calls.
