I mean, they kind of do have a way to measure. Drx beat Prx 2-0 before at Berlin. Also Kr has had better results than Sea within Valorant's short history.

but if u factor in champions, while both of APAC 1st and 2nd seed made it to playoffs, korea had fallen out in the group stages. Like u said at berlin drx beat prx 2-0 but with roster shuffles and how in champions they didnt even make it out of groups, u cant exactly pinpoint which side is better until either 1 of them comments on the other ( scrims ) or they fight on the international stage again.

Those 2 teams from sea had no doubt easier groups. Group D wasn't dubbed group of death for no reason. They also had a combined -18 round deferential in their post group stage matches afterwards . Also, the roster shuffle logic doesn't fly by me. With the exception of one player from each team, the teams have stayed identical. (Even more pressing is the fact that each of those players were not dropped, one had a medical leave and came back later, while the other joined the Singapore Armed forces for mandatory service. Both of those players were seen as a positive aspect of their respective teams and were desired to keep, and the one player changes that ensued were not done by the orgs for the prospect of replacing players for better ones and improving the roster). There is little to assume that PRX have gotten that much stronger to beat DRX.

While PRX have only change a single member, It has completely change their playstyle and gameplay as Jing provide a completely different set of skills compare to Shiba. Hell for some reason after Benkai took over Shiba role he performed so much better this year atleast in APAC. Mindfreak aswell with his clutches and just solid fragging compare to last year lackluster performances. They have also became much more calmer / not affected by pressure much and it also is not a one man show of Forsaken anymore this year.

P.S: Keen reminder im a diehard fan of PRX so correct me if im wrong + take it with a grain of salt. I didnt search / watch much of DRX so theres that

I've followed both scenes. Watched both teams play even recently. Ignore my flair but I just can't honestly say from the bottom of my heard that I think PRX will beat DRX. That's just me after watching both teams play all year up until recently.

ah welp that's sad news for me. will still root for DRX tho if they do a deep run since more Asia Rep internationally = more funding = more talented players and team entering the Asia scene.

W

I'll root for PRX, Xerxia and Zeta as well for the same reasons, more Asian representation :)
