hopefully guard doesn't overwork themselves and get burnt out like sen did

They are not burned out. Shahzam started off his Valo career as a streamer, same with Tenz. Streaming was always Subject A for them before Pro play. They won early, got complacent and got surpassed quickly.

I mean look at Astralis, they worked a lot and the past year or two they all started to get burned-out

Yeah but it seems like they are not even trying anymore, there arent any new strats, they are just playing off of other teams, they should put in at least some work in to see the results
