He's english is bad but he can communicate the basics, with some english lessons he could play in NA soon

I think he means the matches in international stage, he choked both elimination matches in Berlin and Champions.
But he is a young player, with barely experience, it is normal to feel overwhelmed. the most experience he gets, the most consistent he will get.
