I'm new to Valorant and its esports scene in general, I was wondering if Aim Labs that pros are endorsing/using are worth to try out, especially to improve mechanical skill in tactical FPS in general

Only helps you with micro adjustments. Other than that gamesense is more important than your aim if you already knew where the head level of your opponent can be.

If you already have decent amount of hours in other FPS games, then you can leave aimlabs and just focus on dm,range etc.. A once in a while aimlabs wont do harm tho

I think aimlab can help with speed, flicking and tracking. the rest is play the game, get the crosshair placement right and build up the gamesense.

Helps you in speed, flicks and traking, but all that is useless if you don´t follow this recomendations: Care ur crosshair placement, that´s 80-90% of the aim, and that doesn´t practice in Aimlab, only in Valorant, u need to practice that in the range, cuz this is more usefull than DM rn if u want to improve ur aim, also play play and play, caring always the placement of ur crosshair, in first time that are so hard, but when u play many matches, that will come in ur "dna plays". Also u need to improve ur gamesense and ur good placement in game, that´s helps u to get more kills in combats.

AimLab is only viable if you like to play in the morning and you need to get your blood flowing faster and warm up the muscles... other than that, play DM but focus on your own gameplay and practicing peeking, crosshair placement and positioning on maps, forget about the scoreboard.
