Yeah, I was just about to point that out. They had a couple decent EPL seasons and LANs. I think the Orgless roster with Wardell, Subroza, FNS, and Yay had more potential, though. I'd love to see that in Valorant, too, if they could figure out a fifth (Victor?) and roles.

i would too but optic isnt gonna disband for the sake of it, they have a superteam there. I think wardell is a bad pick for t1 tho bc then they have 4 passive players with curry not even being a real entry.

If I were Wardell, I wouldn't touch T1 at all. That team is cursed, and they're performing worse than TSM.
My wet dream would be as follows:
V1 makes a miracle lower bracket run and qualifies for Masters. Wippie isn't able to go, so V1 subs in Wardell instead of jammyz.
He can worry about finding a full-time roster after dominating an international LAN and winning the biggest event of his career.

respectfully, T1 is getting absolutely nowhere with pwny or thwifo either. there are far better players to be had, and if T1 ever want to win anything significant, they're going to have to make big changes.

i think we're seeing the beginning of a huge consolidation in NA valorant. gone will be the 12 semi-Tier1 teams. they combine under the richest orgs to make 4 or so "super teams," which just might be able to compete internationally. think Liquid, EG, Complexity in CSGO.
