i have a problem i'm facing,
i used to play on a laptop with 60Hz and 1280×1024 resolution and honestly i felt good in terms of tracking things or details on the screen when i move in the game. Lately i've been playing on a computer with 240 fps and a 144Hz screen (1920 res)and i can't track shit i feel like it's a bit blurry and i can'y concentrate when i move my mouse and it's very uncomfortable i don't understand why but i feel like there is a problem bcz when i watch pro players and i don't feel the same, i see everything clearly even when they move their mouse very fast.
does anyone know what could be the problem?

It's because you eyes is so used to 60hz, it was a similar problem which i had where my sens was too fast for 144hz movement so what i did personally was take a break for few days and slowly start to build your muscle memory and i think you should be fine (maybe try also playing on low settings to help u a bit quicker).

so this is what i rhought and it was making sense bcz when i start i literally can't concentrate at all but after a game or two it becomes better, but then i go back tp my laptop and it just looks so smooth.
Also as i said when i watch pro players stream their screen looks very smooth and i don't get the same feeling

change the refresh rate to 60 and see if it's better.

if it is, increase the refresh rate to the next highest setting and check with each one until the problem starts happening again

could be screen tearing, could be the response time being slow leading to blurring, could just be the color / sharpness settings in game and in ur monitor

i'm gonna try this.
also i'm gonna sound dumb but since i was using 60hz all my life i never faced these problems, u mentioned sharpness and this might be it bcz whenever i open chrome the words looks so fuzzy and i can't seem to know how to solve it, i tried changing the sharpness but they always look weird.
i don't know if this has to do anything with the game tho
