Liquid comps vs G2

map selection:
G2 will probably ban breeze as they have almost always
TL have consistently banning fracture but if they have secert comps for it now might be the time. otherwise ban bind
G2 like picking icebox or ascent
G2 second ban is usally fracture or bind which is good. Liquid should pick something they are comfortable playing on I would say split. If they have banned split then liquid should play breeze
TL should just ban whatever they feel like that day

Icebox:
Scream: reyna; reyna is looking more viable with astra and util dump meta kinda fading
Jamppi: chamber; best sentinel no cap jamppi is insane on him
nivera: viper; i would suggest viper for nivera as he has been great on viper and mains her on this map
soulcas: sova; soulcas is great initiator player ngl and can flex sova easily
l1nk: brimstone; double controller is where the meta is shifting rn

Ascent:
Scream: kayo/skye; both those agents are good and scream will find value out of
jamppi: jett kinda becoming must pick for this map as raze and reyna not good enough
nivera: Killjoy;
soulcas: sova
l1nk: Brimstone

split:
scream: sage or reyna if he is popping off
jamppi: breach;
nivera: cypher; looks really comfortable on that pick
soulcas: raze
l1nk: astra; surprisingly still viable for this map
tldr keep the default comps for this map

breeze:
scream: reyna/jett; reyna could be viable for this map but idk for safety scream should try jett
jamppi: sova; jamppi shouldnt go chamber since a good sova is neccesary for this map
nivera: chamber; niveras chamber wasnt as flashy as jamppis but will do the job
soulcas: kayo; kayo one of soulcas best agents
l1nk: viper; viper is a sentinel &contorller hybird perfect for l1nk

Liquid: Ascent or Bind

My reasoning behind this is that they know g2 is extremely good on these two maps and has played ascent only once and got killed on it so they aren’t good at the map and we all know how bind is for liquid.

G2: breeze or split

My reasoning behind this is that g2 usually insta band breeze and they know liquid is quite good at breeze. They might also ban split since they know liquid has been recently picking this map a lot and it’s good.

Liquid: either split or haven

Since these are arguably liquids best maps. I think G2 will try to counterstrat split since they have looked decent on the map in the past.

G2: icebox

This seems like their go to map and liquid hasn’t looked too great the one time they played the map.
