i want you to explain to me what do you personally think "having a different view" or team culture means in a team game,and how is that the individuals fault that they simply disagree with eachother on certain things for example,not that this has nothing to do with his performance or calling and they were dealing with this exact issue at champs,also how would you personally fix that issue as the igl or improve :)

First of all stop asking how it’s that individual’s fault. Nobody said that, I even specified he wasn’t at fault. It’s getting a bit ridiculous by now.

Second, who said they were dealing with the same issue at champs? Metas change, opposing teams improve, the team needs to change as a whole as time passes.

A different view on how to execute their game plans.

I would fix the issue by dropping Bonecold, in case you didn’t notice that’s what I was advocating for. And lo and behold it happens. I think we both know who’s correct. The results speak for themselves.
