Liquids ascent comp at champs had'nt lost a map before. Why did they feel the need to change it to an obviously worse comp

They played the most meta comp that almost everyone is playing right now, it's definitely not a worse comp. We don't know what happens at scrims to say why they changed it, but there's probably a good reason

Yh ig its meta. but i say worse because it focuses on utility instead of firepower. Like scream on kayo instead of reyna removes alot of fraggin opportunities for the best fragger on the team

Jamppi typically outfrags ScreaM on Ascent, tbh. He just had a rough, rough game.

its pretty even tbf when hes on reyna, but now with scream on kayo its less firepower

but do you think its sustainable for the long run to have a reyna on ~~ascent~~ any map for a team that wants to be the best in the world? Scream has been playing a lot of kayo and skye recently. I think its the best move going forward since he doesnt like oping

yh going forward maybe. But if you want to secure a win in the current meta. It might be better to use the comp that hasnt lost

theres too much lapover between agents on this team. no dedicated duelist etc. they have to change their indivual playstyles every map except link

I feel like double duelist doesnt work on Ascent. It worked for a while but in the long run it wont work.

Yh i guess maybe with the new controller meta it might change. But with the current meta and the fact they havent lost with the comp, it doesnt make sense

its the same just with kayo instead of reyna and kayo is better, reyna is just screams best agent and they played worse as a team

kayo is better as an agent but reyna is better for scream. It opens up more opportunities for fragging

ScreaM can't play Reyna for the rest of career... Their Haven comp is way worse anyway
