it's kinda funny that the vct community disregards ewc and lock in because they're single elim while the cs community calls double elims plastic cups
really shows that there will always be people calling events mickey no matter what format you choose
idk why people disregards lock in becaust its single elim
makes it way more harder but also way more interesting
double elimination is objectively better, as there are more games, and the teams in the upper bracket games can afford to lose and thus may make crazy plays more willingly, which is funner to watch
cs fans probably like single elim because the stakes are higher and theyre all gambling addicts
