breakfast bread 330
lunch sandwich 470
dinner rice 480 fish and stuff 200
total 1480
I limited my calorie intake quite significantly so hopefully there would be no “lmao 2000 calories is not starving” mf in the reply today

2000 is starving if your usual calories intake is 4-5k calories tho.
So...

i feel like this was targeted towards me
a lot of ppl said yesterday that 2k calories are lot cuz im a short and fat chud which doesn’t even make sense cuz heavier people burn higher amounts of calories
ppl love to larp as nutrition experts I suppose
dont listen to anorexic idiots in the replies to your thread, put your measurements in here and go a few hundreds calories below
starving yourself is also bad
i think this one is inflating maintenance alot
my maintenance is 2.4~2.5k
i eat around 2.7 to bulk and i am gaining weight as i want but this one is showing my maintenance as 2.7
im 5ft5 and around 210~220 pounds how much do u think is my maintenance
2.2~2.3k i think
2.3k is highballing so yeah
2k would keep u in a deficit but start going to the gym and eat protein too otherwise u would eventually start losing strength asw
your BMR is probably around 2.3k and you burn a few hundred per day doing exercise, eating like 1.8-2k is better for your health and you will still lose weight quickly
otherwise you will nuke your metabolism and lose muscle mass
Do you have an idea of your maintenance calories? You most likely are in a deficit at 1500 calories but it's always nice to have an idea of the maintenance
A good way to calculate your maintenance is by tracking your caloric intake and weight (at the same time of the day each day) for about a couple weeks. Then you'll have data to see when you lose or gain weight. I don't trust calculators online because they are often inaccurate. Tracking how your own body responds is much more accurate.
get one they're pretty cheap or gyms usually have one
ur in college right? ur college gym or medical room should have one
i already quit college in like january
i was thinking of going to g0m just to use the scales there
Do some weight training too it's anaerobic so would be good for you and it prevents muscle loss when u cut, that way u ensure u cut more fat
