That guy sounds like a difficult individual. If you weren't his roommate and he came out, I feel like his perspective could change, but he is deeply rooted in bad habits. Cleaning after yourself is a bare minimum.
I just went on holiday with some guys I used to go to school with for two weeks, and it was a real eye-opener on some of their habits. They didn't clean their dishes and cutlery after using them - just let them stack in the sink. They were about to leave 24 eggs uncooked in the fridge because they were "caged eggs", so they tasted funny or made one of the guys' stomach feel weird. I dunno, I ate through them all, and I didn't feel anything was off.
And because three of them were practically smoking a pack a day, they filled a large, empty popcorn bucket with the ashes and butts.
Honestly, it's probably best to socialise at the pub for you if you want somebody to drink a beer with. You might find a new friend depending on where you live in the world.
A low-IQ guy might not be too bad unless he genuinely is too slow to keep up with basic conversation. I work in a school with special needs students and some of them are pretty funny, but it's about how you interact with them.
Locked-room guy may as well be a write-off, and horndog guy could be mellowed out if he isn't on some crazy shit. One of my friends has a coworker who is a fiend for the female coworkers and jokingly made an "R-list". If the gooner in your flat isn't like that, try seeing if he has any other interests asides the women in your flat.
i mean the low iq guy isnt medically low iq he is just weird and the horny guy has written me off as well because i have a dick , but for the goblin , i dont really interact with him cause if he has to clean the girls tell him to
