It's about mentality. Indian players gets Sluggish after receiving paychecks. Also there is something ingrained into fans that we get so emotional with players and ass lick hero player. Not just Valorant, it's also seen in BGMI and Cricket. Solution is to restructure everything from scratch and be reactive to changing parameters. That's what GE did but late.
