APAC Playoffs Edition: How every team in Play-in can qualify for Group Stage

Huge shoutout to all GigaChad forum writers and all who replied and upfraged me in here, they inspired me :)
Warning: This is only the play-in teams. After the play-in is over, I'll do a "How every team in APAC can qualify for Masters".

Who will make it to the Group stage?
Honestly, if you compare each other based on match statistics and experience (and you've been following APAC competitive scene), It's really obvious who will qualify. But... of course, every team has a chance.

  1. Full Sense
They are technically the strongest right now, by experience. Last year they won APAC LCQ with outstanding performance (beating NUTURN and DAMWON/DK, lost to NORTHEPTION but later defeated them in Grand Finals). But later, in Champions, they had an upset, losing against Vison Strikers - now DRX - and C9 (this breaks my heart). After the recent addition of "THEE" to replace "SuperBusS", the team was still able to show their dominance in Thailand, however, lost to XERXIA, which shows us that FS is still lacking. That loss, unfortunately, caused them to fight for the Play-in slot (which they got).
For Hecking sure will qualify BatChest, they have much more experience than other teams.

  2. Action PH
One can say that they are Phillipine's Favorite Child. Before this year's VCT, this new roster had a huge run in a couple of tournaments such as TEC, AXE Genesis, and Zotac Cup. However, nobody really knew how they would perform in VCT, nonetheless, they are still amazing. Turns out, it was true, they played really well and finished in 3rd place for the Play-in. Unfortunately, NAOS and SBE still showed that they are the better. Even so, APH is not a team to be looked down on and still has a lot of room to grow/improve.
Everything is looking good for them, though still have certain flaws that they can fix. I'm positive they can qualify.

  3. ONIC G
A classic Indonesian top-dog that had some changes in the past but is now back stronger than ever. They proved that they are one of the best in SEA by showing their incredible run in SEA EC: 2021, finishing in the first place. For quite a while, they had a huge rivalry with BOOM as the best team in Indonesia. However, no one (of course) expected the 'no org but stacked' team, BWL, to beat them in the upper finals. Sadly, BOOM later won against them in the lower bracket. Even so, watch out for them!
I mean, yeah of course they will qualify, they are on the same level as BOOM. (right?)

  4. No Namers
Yes, of course, the underdog. Few users know them. This is their first tournament, and it's crazy that they actually qualified (even TODAK and Kingsmen didn't). The only thing I know about them is that they are radiant beasts. Even so, BLEED and Paper Rex showed that they are better.
You'll never know how they will perform later. #noorgbuff

  5. BAAM
So, this is a hard one. Last year, they caused quite an uproar by defeating Full Sense. Since then, a lot of people was hoping they improve (including me). But after some replacements, they were never the same (Last place in Royal SEA, didn't qualify for SEA EC, and last place again in a regional tournament). Even though they qualified for the play-in, I'm worried for this team, nonetheless, still a good team in VN.
I don't know, maybe others have a different opinion, but I'm not so confident about them

  6. Global Esports
OK, what should I talk about this team? They are for sure an Indian top-dog. Statically and experience-based, they are arguably one of the most promising teams to qualify for Masters. But hold your ass cheeks, based on their past matches in VCC, they are quite inconsistent. Before you say anything, take a look at this first. Now, if you watch the whole VCC, you will understand what I mean by 'inconsistent'. Now, as some may know, GE's past matches against other APAC teams have not been that well. Their run in APAC LCQ had been a HUGE drama (let us please forget about this and move on). Even so, GE has been one of the most active teams to participate in various tournaments, such as TEC Showdown and TEC Challenger. Yes, it's true that these results are not that good, but, this shows that GE has a lot of experience.
Isn't it obvious? they will qualify  (no sarcasm at all).

  7. Fancy United
Honestly, I never knew about this team until recent KEKW. The only guy I know is YESicaN because he was a good player when he was at DXG. They had some changes in the past, but it seems now things are going well for them. Can't really mention much about this team. Sorry.
i don't have any idea at all.... sorry

  8. Griffin
Who doesn't know them? I don't. All I know is that they didn't do very well in past tournaments and last year's VCT. BUT, there is one crucial piece of info I know, I'll hide it in the spoiler below.

They are from Hong Kong. You're welcome :)

Maybe, they will surprise us(?), just maybe

P.S. Best of luck to all teams, and I hope there will be no technical issues during the matches Prayge

I don't know, imo it was just unlucky that FS had to be in the same group as them. A lot of people were hoping much for them to at least win a map, which, unfortunately, they couldn't.

just some info on GE situation , they were using wierd AF comps in vcc qualifiers (saving strats for vcc finals , still they lost 2-3 in the finals xd) , and then going into vcc finals they have beaten enigma 2-0 twice , and most likely they are going to singapore to play , so 5 ping is an advantage for sure .

Its not like ge was saving strats for vcc (aside from that breeze map aginst vlt) its just enigma was changing their agents comps too frequently that had caused them to lost in the vcc still ge is a great team in SA

They were saving strats , this was first time they played kay/o comp in icebox, played breach kj comp in heaven after 7-8 months, no duelist comp in breeze first time , sage comp in bind was also new

If the rumored group of death (FS, APH, ONIC, BAAM) is true, hopefully ONIC does all their best to get through.

BAAM had a lot of roster changes btw in the later stages of last year (crazyguy + redneval leaving, their two best players imo)
