was not signing pANcada, they wanted to but couldn't due to visa issues, so they went with Heat instead, but now Less is off role and clearly uncomfortable and the whole thing is a mess, with pANcada playing smokes + saadhak as flex + less as sentinel the roles would be normal at least, and this solves a lot of things
