you gotta larp till you make it ngl

basically you have to pretend that you have already achieved near perfect physique and and just focus on maintaining it that then eventually, you’ll subconsciously stop procrastinating and just stay consistent

k thanks
i have another doubt: what is the ideal weight I should aim for? I was 58kg/130lbs now I'm 65/143lbs.

Should I start doing abs workouts now or just hold off until I gain more? My trainer told me to skip them for now.

u should train abs, and eat in a calorie surplus, use progressive overload and aim for 0-1 RIR..
and ur better than 90%of gym community-

Idk dawg it's been so long it's just a part of my day. I work from home and the gym is literally in the next room to me. So I just wake up brush ma teeth and head in there. Also being on semaglutamide helps a fair bit

I started at the beginning of last year and you kinda just gotta force yourself to go, eventually it'll become so routine you feel like shit if you deviate.
If you miss a day tho just remember it's not that serious, try to not think about it and just keep your same routine.

If you want to build the habit of going to the gym and working out, i'd suggest making the "route" to go to the gym easier. Sometimes I feel lazy and wanna stay at home instead but having all my gym items (i.e. towel, water bottle, allat stuff) easily ready for you to take gives me less of an excuse to skip.

Also some people when they get the gym motivation end up doing too much too quick at the start they get burnt out. For example, it's a lot easier to say to yourself that your gym session is gonna just be 2 sets per body part instead of thinking 3x triceps, 3x biceps, 3x shoulders, etc.

Basically just making things easier and simpler helps to get into the gym, and eventually it becomes automatic to just go to your gym to do a workout because of how easy it is to just do.
