The core 3 of Thailand, MY/SG, and PH are very heavy in activity from what I have noticed.

If the fs or xerxia team playing. In Thailand, there will always be a huge audience because these two teams have a lot of followers, especially the fs team that has the most followers. In my opinion, TH/ID/PH//MYSG have always activated and the least is TW/HK/VN

Oh yeah, but thats just SA, not SEA in general. If we were talking APAC North as a whole, VCC is no doubt in that playerbase. If we include APAC South, add in Korea and Japan as those streams can peak up to 100k with Co-Streams.

yes i think valorant is getting popular in Thailand, but I also think esl hosting it is a big factor for the viewership.

ohh I watch that game last year, did you know any reasons why the viewer count drop this year, or is it because there are no hype matchup yet?

In APAC, South asia has the largest viewership and player base.

In the Philippines though we may have one of the largest player base in SEA we dont have that much in terms of viewership. on a good day we could have 10-15k viewers if we combine FB and Twitch streams including Tagalog and English broadcasts but usually on a normal day we only have 5k-7k viewers.

our largest facebook group has 500k+ members seeing how FB is the largest social media platform in the philippines this can give us a rough estimate of our player base

that was 2021 finals
this years finals will be on Sunday

last year it was for one slot in APAC LCQ (first VCT event for South Asia)
this year there will be slots for all APAC Challengers hence less hype

last year the air time for each South Asian Country Qualifier was 8-10 hours(including India)
this year the air time for countries other than India is 5hrs avg while for India is its 36hrs and 20hrs(wildcard) milking Indian Viewership so hard

last year peak was high but total watch time will be more this year
Nodwin is a huge piece of shit TO and this along with other seeding fuckups was expected of them
things will get better now that Riot is opening its office in Mumbai maybe official Riot Only tournament
