How do pros often not know niche interactions

I am look at TH vs FF, round 18. wo0t gets gravnetyed as a jett, but doesnt use his hover to get out of there, instead he slow walks backwards. This is now once that i can point it out but so often i notice that pros dont know these interactions well, which is strange given that its their job.

I mean most of the time its not really normal players who know stuff like that, usually its the coaches, analyst, or igl. Also its not really something you learn by yourself in ranked since deadlock is pretty rare to see in the first place.

it’s wo0t, he’s a lazy complacent player that barely tries in ranked and when he does he queues with imm1 boo to get better stats and then is surprised when he has to play a team with mechanics better than immo1 (which is why he life games against boaster)

even a random diamond or ascendant probably knows the interaction
