Chrons value was just way higher than people thought, losing him was a big blow. And the Cloud pickup doesnt make any sense with Crashies on the team. Also the coach change looks really bad so far
People seriously underrate Chron even now, simply because he was never "the top player" when he provided such insane value that helped the team thrive, and don't get me started on the Coach change it made NO sense.
Chron got replaced 1 for 1 on FNC, everything else stayed the same yet FNC got massively worse, and Chrons replacement was still a good player. Just speaks to the value he brings to a team

When a coach is benched, 99% of the time is because of the players feedback so I wonder if the players did not like what Milan was doing

Even with Veqaj they were still nowhere near getting to Masters and Champs finals. Chron leaving just seems devastating. Honestly it's massively increased Chron stocks for me, seeing how much worse FNC look without him, even during the Veqaj days
With Veqaj we were one slot always from qualifying and veqaj was great stage 1 when he was there we looked unstoppable in EMEA atleast after he left we got a big hit the biggest deal was Milan for 0ngh
