Yes. pipsoN makes strats. But in game, Nukkye is the one to give calls and positioning. If you watch the comms videos, he sometimes gives commands to Keloqz to be positioned in certain places. So he has that job to do. As I understand 130T new coach also makes strats for the team as he was the analyst b4.
