I just upgraded to 12600kf + z690 but I'm going to stick with my DDR4 3200mhz
My new motherboard supports 3200mhz native so do I need to Enable XMP? Or should I just set 3200mhz in BIOS?
There's any difference?

Depends on the work load on that machine if you are planning on using it for rendering and stuff yes enable it and the ram will cap at its max freq available when its under load and give you a better performance but if the usage isnt as hard core then just put it on 3200 and its more than enough for gaming and doing day to day stuff and oh yeah make sure you have good ventilation running through ur case cuz that bitch gets hot hot when its under working load.
