His performance in international competitions is always a bit lacking. For professional players, is mindset the most important factor? I heard from Sword9 that Chinese teams are all looking for a 'mental coach,' but they're much harder to find than regular coaches because you need to have some knowledge of psychology.

Rarga hasn't felt the same since after Toronto tbh. Also, it kind of feels the same way jawgemo is right now where he's not selfish enough and plays for the team too much which limits his potential.

i understand what you mean, as a superplayer in a team, he should allowed do some real crazy thing not only for team.

I feel like you just grab a random sports psychologist who plays video games no? I'm sure there's a bunch of unemployed young students out of college that would be great at being a performance coach. I think the scouting in eSports is quite terrible across the board. I feel like only a few teams have had only banger pickups. (Alecks is a goated scout for example. All his pickups have been fire)

PRX has a great assistant coach i think, sry forget his name, i always saw their vlog.

Wendler is the assistant coach. Panda is their performance coach and he's actually really good at his job. He's imo the gold standard for performance coaching
