initiators get cooldown buffs and nothing else
veto, deadlock, sage, killjoy get buffs. cypher vyse chamber no buffs

Buff some sentinel util reduce initiator cooldowns
I liked the idea riensluvr gave where phoenix gives you an orb if you kill him in ult
No nerfs seriously
This is an incredibly biased change but what if astra stars came back on a 60 second cooldown it feels quite hard to use the suck and stun atm compared to shit like paranoia or harbor/viper nade
