Later on in Playoffs is fine, but not at the Start of playoffs. Everyone appreciates Masters/Champions for top teams playing against teams from other than their regions.

realistically just kill swiss groups is so much more fun and its better for getting high level games as teams can prep all their opponents instead of just first game, if you keep adding rules to swiss to limit the games you can get it becomes way too confusing and removes the benefit of swiss anyway (which is guaranteed good teams playing good teams) and at that point groups is just easier to follow for viewers
