well why in every other game i can play for 10 hours straight and still have a good ping but for val every games i play my ping get higher and if i re lunch the game it will be 40 again

Never happened with me, playing since the game launched. U need to fix your internet or maybe some apps run in background which utilize internet, u need to shut them off and remove background running access/permissions.
