DRG are getting bodied by other Chinese teams outside of XLG and EDG. They're having it the roughest. Losing to TEC, TYLOO, AG (but this team is pretty much on the up now) and even in the EVO series losing to AQG which has Simon and Juicy. Something about DRG is off this season and they can't seem to find their rhythm
Wolves had a fat Cinderella debuff. That third place in Toronto put a lot of pressure on them and they had so much tape of their plays exposed. It felt like they couldn't breathe against other Chinese teams especially with their playstyle not being so hyperaggro like other Chinese teams that didn't qualify.

G2 have got some incredible calls and reads, but they seriously struggle against extremely strong individuals and aggro plays. Some of those Ascent plays which were designed to trap Neon were insanely well thought out but failed at the last hurdle.
Also, I wish they would recognise a tournament MVP within a certain round quantity. Chichoo at Bangkok, for example, was monstrous, but only lost because EDG slipped up when it mattered. Primmie would probably be that type of MVP - non-finalist, but top in key stats.
The good part is G2 will be a lot better in this post-neon nerf patch that they’re playing at London
