C9 almost always scout good players(Oxy, V1c, Leaf, Tenz etc.) but the problem is that they pair these great players with either absolute shitters or nepo pick-ups or a nepo-shitter. Like even when they are rebuilding they've managed to keep the nepo-shitter zellsis.

They might not do it if they don't get re-partnered since then they actually have to try to make money and can't just rely on dady rit0 to give them cash for being endlessly mid.
