Hello, recently I have been struggling a lot with climbing in ranked, I have a lot of mental issues and I am a tilt moster that tilts a lot at my teammates , how can I improve my skill and get back to immo 3?

to not tilt idk what to tell you prolly attatch less value to the rank and more about improving ig
play with comms fully turned off for a few games, see if you like it more or less. if you like it more, stick with it. if you like it less, remind yourself why the comms are important in the first place, and you should learn to stop tilting your team as you will see the comms as more valuable
