If you wanna get more specific. 5-10 mins cardio then weights then another long sesh of Cardio. I personally feel a lot more energized by the end of it, and i noticed a lot better results in terms of muscle gain/weight loss over a month.
i need to start running for health but it is genuinely so fucking miserable compared to every other form of exercise how the fuck do you enjoy it
hitting my goal gives me euphoria, i recommend running to explore your city rather than using trademills. if u are beginner just run slow try to build up your endurance and focus on your breathing and don't forget to rest u don't have to push yourself.
I hate running so I just spam walks on incline treadmill or just walk my dog for 30 minutes
I like doing low-moderate cardio like either incline treadmill (3 mph, 9 incline for 30 minutes) or stair master (600 steps/hr for 25 min). Personally would avoid running cause I heard it cuts into your gains but maybe I’m js to lazy
cardio is the most useful thing to do when it comes to gym. you cannot debate this
