Why NA games start so late?

NA games usually start at 3 EST so comparatively yes

So the pros can stream before/after the games, depending on their audience

because if you stream it earlier kids are at school and adults are at work so lower live viewership.

They used to start at like 3-4 pm CT

It’s opens so some of the people competing might actually have a job

most NA players cant wake up early, especially sentinels

Oh yeah that actually makes sense tbh

listen closely and i’ll tell you the secret. i called up riot and said hey man, i’m working until five and need time to drive home thru traffic and warm up some leftovers before watching the ultra close and competitive match between TSM and girlkissers. they responded of course, have a nice day, and here we are with 6pm start times.
