eggster will be retiring as reported by vct roster tracker in the post that akamaru, its really sad to see how badly his timing was with yoru getting killed to the ground, basically unusable in ranked and pro play. Atleast he made t1 but man wouldve been fun to see him make playoffs.

I mean I love eggster and mean no disrespect but at the pro level even he must have seen it coming that Yoru was gonn be nerfed and he would have to flex to other agents. Any pro should be that flexible if they are getting paid handsomely. Which he was flexing but his team didn’t perform to their standards so they had to make some change and they decided to cut him.

yea he should have but still sad to see how his career ended, shouldve ended up a high, making playoffs and retiring with the asencsion trophy, not like this but unfort thats not how it went. will remember that envy run to t1
Eggster was never T1 material and I honestly think he knows it himself. No need to gaslight yourself into some yoru nerfs and timing bullshit. That's just how it is
timing got nothing to do with it. Yoru was insane, he wasnt. very simple
got guys like marteen dropping world record kills on only yoru and the guy whos 1 tricked yoru since release cant even go positive most matches
Was this not obvious? I have to assume people who were high on him simply didn't actually watch him. He was a average at times below average tier 2 player that had a pretty crazy peak during ascension.
