HVCI - type core isolation in search and turn on Memory Integrity (restart pc after)
Secure Boot - While restarting the pc go into the BIOS and activate Secure Boot (make sure boot mode is set to UEFI, and not the legacy one that might be there)
TPM 2.0 - while in Bios Menu look for Intel PTT or AMD FTPM it might also be named AMD platform security, turn it on

Do HVCI first and then when you restart do the other two in the BIOS menu

found a facebook post related to it https://www.facebook.com/groups/valorantph/posts/2416304022281920/

On a real note, just run the image through AI or go on reddit.

This is what i got when i ran it through AI. it seems to cover all 3 problems. This is not really a hardware issue. If your friend is on windows 10, it might be worth updating to 11
