what i understand is that more money = better chance to move in a quality of life place, better facilities, more travel opportunities.
Niko in G2, ropz in mouz were both pretty small but when they went to falcons and faze respectively:
niko buys a yacht and made like 20+ international trips in a single year.
ropz gets a porsche, gets another porsche, crashes his first, and then gets a replacement for his first porsche.
would u go to a legendary org like Loud who pay u 100k/monthly and failed to go to internationals or go to Lev who failed to make champs last year either way?
you're not getting it.
FURIA and MIBR were more legendary than LOUD ever was, LOUD was known as a content creator org back in the days. They had a lot of money, sure, but they were more of PR org which focused on their employees IMAGE and CONTENT CREATION. Since your account is from 2025 you weren't even here to see the slander posts. LOUD Valorant is carried by the glory of their first roster, that's a fact. You can't even see they weren't "legendary" as for there were complaints about their structure in franchising, they don't have the "streets smart" thing like other successful orgs because they never had too much international experience. Sacy and Saadhak chose them exactly because they were huge in Brazil (ensuring they had the most visibility) and they gave up more money from prizes since they were on a tier below FURIA and MIBR) TL;DR LOUD was always a content creator org and it was HUGE IN BRAZIL, being like a child trying to sit on the adult table when speaking about international experience in general (as an organization!) since they were considered a tier below, the org gave up on prize money, unlike MIBR and FURIA who took a good chunk of it
