I think the top 4 (C9, Sen, Envy, and 100T) are the only tier1 teams in NA do you think any other teams are on their level? maybe RISE?

T1 havent impressed and I really hate some of their decisions for dropping players. But they have some potential since they have young talent being led by boomer. We'll see but im ready for dissapointment
Based on? Neither roster is the same, the only ones you can even say are indisputably tier 1 are SEN C9 and NV. Xset could fail with cryo, 100T could crash and burn with new roster. We need to wait for the matches to start. Of course you can have your opinions but to say that x team is way better than y team is imo really dumb especially when both teams havent even played one match.
i don't think 100T even with their berlin roster is good enough for SEN, NV or C9. i think those 3 teams are at their own tier within NA. i would consider teams like: 100T, XSET, RISE, PIONEERS etc. tier 1 teams within NA.
