my theory which has a high chance of being completely and utterly wrong is that sentinels will still dominate NA. they will still be on top of the north american scene but internationally won’t perform well. this could
mean the 2nd and 3rd place teams could perform well at international events or maybe NA will just suck this year. i hope i’m wrong though

i think he means that for next year sen will be the best in na and c9 will have the best results against EMEA teams
I disagree. I think sen will drop to top 5 rather than stay up at top 1 in na. at least, I really hope that's the case. if sen keeps doing well they won't change anything. only once they start getting shit on regularly will the necessary fixes come about (I'm talking more practice, less streaming, possibly drop zombs, get a real coach, etc.).
