I think you need to play like 5 featured vlr.gg games within 2months, so you would need to play in decent tournaments, I don't think it would be easy with gold/plat players. unless you some how would manage to go far in VCT quals, its not happening.

A team page is created as soon as your team has a match covered on the site. After that you can ask VLR staff to adjust things, add names to players, etc.
