My thoughts on the ending:
WTF just came out of nowhere. Like gen wtf its like the manga got cancelled or smth so they just ended it so abruptly. Theres no conclusion and even in the dream world the conclusions still ass. Aki doesnt even show up?? Like come on man. It feels like author just got tired of it and ended it here cause no way this was the og plan, too much set up with no pay off. Actually pmo. Brought it from a 8/9 out of 10 to a 7. Just leaves a trash taste in my mouth.
My thoughts on everything but the ending:
I really liked it, was fast paced which worked out well but also sacrificed a bit of character devolpment and had me less attached to the characters who werent there for that long (like Reze I havent seen anime/movie but i dont get why people liked her so much she was good for like 3 chapters) but the shock value was also insane-i knew some stuff going in like Makima was evil but holy shit Powers death had me shocked. Same with Nayutas, but I feel like her death was too rushed shouldve been dwelled on more. Part 1 had no glaring flaws for me but for Part 2 I will say (besides the trash ending) everything outside of Asa/Yoru and the final arc wasnt that good, the CSM cult was boring and the public safety just pmo the whole time. Also wheres Kishibe in all this?? Idk man it really feels like there was like another couple arcs planned out that the author just said fuck it and ended it here.
