genuinely i keep looking over his kit and i can't figure out what the use of him is
is this guy purely just a e-kitten ranked agent to replace clove? because there's little form of oppression in his kit besides the ult that honestly seems like a worse breach ult. there's his stun i guess but you're gonna have mfs just ultraspamming the heal over it
lowkey idk how they came up w this agent's design and thought to themselves "yeah this is absolute perfection. we couldn't have done any better"
