This is how we felt watching Brawk use the Odin all the time and having no way to counter it. People say "just use it back" but you just can't be that good that quickly, Dambi is insanely good on Neon just like Brawk is with the Odin, both take a skill that is super hard to replicate (although tbf the match today was mostly Francis, if you make it to the GF I expect you'll have a lot more of Dambi's Neon to counter)

Agreed, I hate the "then use it too" argument, they thought everyone can just copy something other team master over the previous event leading to current time like it's a fucking brimstone lineups
it's why i can't be mad at it
why should we fuss over some agent being overpowered when it's obvious that only one person looks that untouchable on it? why should we punish these players for using them instead of rewarding them for putting in hard work into mastering their craft and leading their team to wins?
of course that doesn't mean neon or odin doesn't need fine tuning in order to prevent metas like this from growing, but there's just no reason to bitch about it when the reality is dambi is just that guy on neon. not a single person can do what he does on neon, similar to how no one can do what brawk does with the odin
exactly, I'm not going to start saying I enjoy watching Brawk using the Odin but it's just a plain lie to say it takes no skill or that it's broken just because one person has mastered the most effective way to use that gun. I do agree both could use some sort of fine tuning, but at the end of the day we just have to appreciate and respect the efforts and skills it takes to be this good at certain things
hahah I get that, that's why I said it was mostly Francis this time, although he did pretty much cost you the map. This was just a combination of every game though tbh, it just happened that this was the most recent
