Because instalock duelist players are stupid and will run into trips every round no matter what rank youre in.
But fr tho she has fun trap play potential, the net+walls stall out pretty well, theres a few maps with good unexpected trip spots (normally under archways like corrode a elbow, or chokepoints with nearby boxes behind the wall you want to stun like bind shower) where you can get a couple freebies. Stuns suck a lot of the time but its still a decent amount of times you get value from it. The ult is kind of annoying sometimes when it doesnt hit someone its directly on top of or it decides to bounce into the stratosphere because of 1 off pixel in the geometry, but it secures kills a lot of the time and again can be used as stall if you get the planter. It's pretty easy to farm too if you greed orbs + plants, especially if they get shot out directly in front of you.
yeah you only play to get unimpactful kills, no map control, no info no teamplay and no not a single deadlock below immortal uses their util including their net correctly. Sure you might get some kills and when you lose you will blame your team because they have less kills than you but the fact is choosing this troll agent takes away the option of having a killjoy,chamber or cypher since every ranked game has 2 duelists AT LEAST. if you don't care about ranking up and just play for fun yeah go play deadlock.
