how much are you getting now? Is it low enough that it is effecting your play?
put everything on low(Minimum) or off at video settings. See if it helps you

bruh im literally playing with 50-60 fps with frequent drops to 45, with the lowest streched res, with decreased resolution scaling , so if its more than like 30m i cant even see their head properly(yet i hit gold 1, now im silver 3)
