What happened to China?

EDG won Champs, this was followed by an okay performance at Bangkok, and a miracle run from Wolves. But, 2025 Champs no one makes it through swiss. And now, its very likely China exits the event 0-6. What happened? How did they fall off? Or did other regions grow while China remained behind? Or was that run really a "fluke" in a sense.
