when boaster retires alfa will leave fnc and try grinding with another team i guess
I think that is hardly Riens' fault, look at miniboo thriving, same could happen for him if he leaves that graveyard of a team

once you get rid of boaster the team half falls apart and if you get rid of crashies then fnc might as well disband
we're not getting rid of boaster, he's just retiring. It's up to Fnatic management to keep Alfajer and Kaajak and rebuild around them
the next best person to igl is crashies because he's played with prime fns whos not a micro manager and boaster who is a micro manager
so he could become a hybrid caller where players have more freedom
Idk how vct teams will work cause partnership changing/"ending" after this season, but I'd hope its similar to 2023 where everyone's basically free agent.
If it is like 2023 then:
Boaster (depends on if he retires tbh), Milan - Coaches
Kaajak
Alfa
Leo (I'm coping cause boaster said he's able to watch and play now without feeling like shit, hopefully well enough for 2027)
Hiro (was on fnc before)
Boaster or valyn (cause fnc look like the only org in Emea with big enough pull to get valyn, if g2 get cooked this year he's 100% not staying)
This ain't my actual guess probably would be more realistic.
