I feel like we have enough tournaments at least but the region thing is such a disadvantage. Like imagine if teams could participate in tournaments outside their region more often (like without needing to have an invite like in soop for example).
game is rng, meta changes too much, cs gets one update every year and its like they add a box on a map somewhere
two reasons for it to not be replicated in valorant;

there are sheer number of tournaments in cs, its not like in val that there are only three shots for you to make history; also cs teams can afford to opt out of tournaments to prepare for other more significant ones ( liquid had their mini-era when astralis were resting)

the meta in val changes a lot, i don't even know whether cs even gets updates or not, the updates are very small tweaks to weapons or maps, but we constantly get new agents, new maps which makes it hard for a team to have mastered the game for an entire year
I mean it's kinda given.
Valorant has so many meta shifts that it's really difficult to have a long term dominance
