Swiss Stage Question :)

Anyone know if the kickoff seeding impacts swiss stage match ups past the first set? Like after everyone plays their first match are we able to see the 2 seeds face the 2 seeds and the 3 seeds face the 3 seeds? Or is it that the same seeded teams cannot face each other in round 2?

2nd seeds can only play 3rd seeds for first match, also no regional matchups, anything after the first game is a free for all
