the meta has been, and always will be, rookies. storied players like chronicle, aspas, etc, are all very good cores but what lifts your team to trophy heights is a rookie
i mean even paper rex, who basically makes no roster changes, won their first masters with patmen, and picking up invy will now be their downfall
NS, BBL, even teams like FUR who aren't afraid to just grab players from around the scene and grab some rookies alongside them

NRG 2025: Brawk, Mada, Skuba
Brawk, skuba, mada have a lot of experience tho. Calling them rookies feels underrating
thats the point of the original post tho tbf, picking up rookies with a lot of t2 experience is better to build than with washed t1 pros
