i feel like 90 percent of my skill is condition driven, im gold 2 in asia server. Sometimes I shoot fkin like a diamond player, but sometimes im worse than bronze silver. My skill level fluctuates literally every 15 rounds, like the first 15 rounds of the day i might even be an immortal, then suddenly i forgot how to hit headshots and rely on my phantom spray lucks. I keep changing my crosshairs and settings (not sens though) whenever i hit slumps, feeling like its making it worse but i cant hit shots anyways. So, how do you guys deal with slumps?

Taking a 2-3 day break from the competitive and playing some unrated with friends tends to help me.
Also, not gonna lie, I think playing Skywars, Bedwars, and Duels on Hypixel helped my improve my aim (especially with tracking)

I quit all my games and end up with a 7 day ban like right now

When I feel like I start to play like shit I just call it a day and play other games, the next day I start fresh. This made more consistent avoiding the bad habits that may grow when I force my self to play. Compared to before, I get into a slump less. I just focus on improving myself than winning everygame I play. Idk if this will help you but it did for me.

I have this same thing that happens, lately I've just been playing gridlock on aimlabs to keep joints loose. I found when my hand sits for too long it get's still and hard to make adjustments on my aim. Also CS:GO 1v1 servers help greatly to figure out position and just general crosshair placement for head tracking. That's been my routine at least obviously different things work for different people. This might even sounds stupid, but I also found stretches in my hands helped tremendously too. Like touching all your fingers to your thumb in a row, stuff like that

Brother, I do not play the game but can offer advice nonetheless. I recently had a well that was almost taken from me by the local municipality. I fought for the well and overcame great struggle. When dealing with your lack of energy look inward and find yourself. Calmness and composure are the best of discipline to learn. Hope this helps brother. Blessings to you and your family.

This is really normal for players who don’t normally play that much in general. The only way to combat this is to just play more to become more consistent. But idk how much you play so everything I say can be irrelevant. And this doesn’t apply to everyone.

ur gold 2. thats how things work ur not a higher rank because of how inconsistent u are. for example when i was in gold i would bottom frag a lot because of my confidence and how bad i actually was, but as time went by and i got better i became more consistent. im about to hit d1 and i rarely rarely play bad to my standards now, just give it time and try harder.

Happens with me too.
I don't play much so my mech skills don't improve much and I'm still B1.
But I got put into silver lobby for some reason with a gold player on their team.
I hit like 7 one taps and 9 op shots 3 marshal headshots.
We lost but I felt cracked that day.
And the next day my only kills were spectre run and gun.

ngl most of the times i felt like i was in a slump i tried to analyze what was it that i was doing wrong,

mostly i realized i started to rush sprays or kills and hence i was not strafing properly or just spraying accordingly

i would say once you realize what is it that you stop doing right when u get the slump you can try to just give yourself a moment to focus back into the good habits of gameplay
